  Ms. Amelia, Primary Directress
I was born in the Philippines in a middle-class and very close-knit family. I love to cook, read, and take care of my husband and three wonderful kids. I am a proud grandma of four grandchildren. I taught school with 9- and 10- year-olds for 6 years before I came to America. I started at Greystone House in 1993 and completed my Montessori training in 1997. I became a US citizen in 2000.

  Ms. Radhika, Toddler Directress
I was born and raised in India. I have a bachelor’s degree in physics and education. I received my Montessori certification in infant/toddler from Lone Star College, and I have been working at Greystone House since 2006. I moved to the US in 1999 with my husband and two children. Our son Akhil is at Texas A&M and our daughter Snigdha is in middle school. My hobbies are cooking and gardening.

  Ms. Roxy, Infant Teacher
I was born and raised here in Houston. I’m the oldest of four children. I’ve been at Greystone House since 2006, and I became certified as a Montessori infant/toddler directress in 2009. I’ve discovered that I love watching and learning new things about my infants who grow and mature daily.

  Ms. Revathy, Administrator
I came to the USA from India in 1999. We have a son and a daughter who attend Klein High School. I have a master’s degree from India in English, and I received my Montessori infant/toddler certification in 2001. I very much believe that “to teach a child is to touch a life”; every morning the smiles of my children brighten my day. Outside interests are gardening, music, cooking, and my family and friends.

  Ms. Saradha, Primary Directress
I am originally from India, where I earned my Bachelor of Science and Education. In 2000, my family moved to New Zealand, where I also earned a Bachelor of Education with a specialty in Montessori Early Childhood. I have been teaching children since 1997, and I believe that all children learn and thrive in an atmosphere that is stimulating, comforting, and appropriate to the child’s abilities. Outside of school, I like to read, cook, and listen to music.

  Ms. Rhiannon, Afternoon Administrator
I have a degree in early childhood education from Arizona State University. My studies included infant/child brain development and using the latest research to guide how we teach children. It is this interest that led me to the philosophies of Montessori. My husband and I moved to Houston in the summer of 2012 shortly before our son was born. We enjoy cooking, exploring Houston, and being new parents.
