Contact forms

If you enter data into a contact or subscription form on our site we will store the information you entered along with the IP address of the system you entered it from and your browser agent string (those last two are to help deal with spam).

We retain data about our families who have accounts on our site. If you leave one of our schools and wish to have your data removed, send an email to admin@greystonehouse.com and we will remove it. No questions asked. We are big on privacy.

What rights you have over your data

If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

How we protect your data

We store your data in a database. We protect that data from access via complex passwords and external security controls. No data is 100% safe, but we do our best to ensure we protect content. We do not store any financial information – period. So nobody will every get your credit card from us since we don’t know about it.

In the event of a breach we will send a notice out to all users of the site. Once we ascertain the extent of the breach and the data that effected we will follow up with site users and provide details.
