Programs
Programs
At Greystone House, we partner with parents who have children from ages 6 weeks until Kindergarten is complete at age six. Our programs are designed for these age groups as well as to be differentiated from simple daycare programs.
Infant Program
Our infant program extends from six weeks of age until the child is ready to move into our toddler environment at roughly 15 to 18 months of age. We focus on Montessori in this age group and when the children leave the classroom they have already mastered a number of fundamental practical life skills. As part of this program we provide diapers, wipes and, when of an appropriate age, meals for the children. All of this is included with no hidden fees.
Toddler Program
Our toddler program is a time of amazing growth and development. We partner with parents of children from as early as 15 months to 3 years to ensure that this amazing age group is actively engaged in building critical social, emotional and academic skills. As with our infant room we provide the diapers, wipes and meals with no hidden fees.
Primary Classrooms
Our mixed age primary classrooms are a sight to behold. Children from ages three to six work together in a peaceful fashion, each choosing their work that delivers new skills. In these environments tackling challenges leads to a sense of well earned satisfaction.
Kindergarten
From the moment a child arrives at Greystone House we begin preparing them for academic and life success. Nowhere is this more prominently on display than with our Kindergarteners, many of whom have already grasped more advanced skills. Beyond simple academics, Kindergarten at Greystone House is about social and emotional preparation for the transition to advanced grades.
